Bookings & Cancellation Policy
To book a free consultation with Jayne Alder, please contact her directly on firstname.lastname@example.org or +6418 981 270. All bookings can be made by email and phone. All email enquiries will be responded to within 48 hours. All voicemail messages will be responded to within 24 hours. All service and package bookings will receive a confirmation email and invoice.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for initial consultations, pre and postnatal appointments, booked babysitting and meditation services. To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call Jayne as soon as possible and leave a voicemail with return contact information for Jayne to provide verbal or written consent that the cancellation / reschedule request has been received. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior the appointment time will be forfeited by the client.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Jayne Alder does not offer refunds on services or packages. Services can be added to paid packages and package items may be exchanged for alternate items with equal or greater than cost.
Total cost for services and packages will be invoiced within 48 hours of booking confirmation and sent via email. Services and packages are to be paid in full within a 7 day payment term once the invoice has been received. Payment can be made directly to Jayne by bank transfer or credit card with accountant information detailed on the invoice.
